CREDAI BHOPAL IN NUTSHELL

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of private Real Estate developers in India, established in 1999, with a vision of transforming the landscape of Indian Real Estate industry and a mandate to pursue the cause of Housing and Habitat. Today, CREDAI represents 13000+ Developers across 217 city chapters in 21 states and plays an important role in policy formulation by representing the views of its members to various Ministries at regular intervals.

CREDAI links private real estate developers to the government and customers through numerous initiatives and activities. CREDAI's success in bringing the majority of organized private real estate developers under a single umbrella is a potent force that promises the rapid development of the realty sector one that knows itself as a major driver of India's economic growth. CREDAI Bhopal is the Bhopal chapter of the CREDAI Madhya Pradesh, promoting real estate development in Bhopal with a national impetus and all the leading developers of the region are its member. The members of CREDAI Bhopal have over the years contributed immensely to the development of Bhopal.

CREDAI’s code of conduct promotes ethical practices, and is adopted proactively by all its members. We at CREDAI, continue to make a conscious effort to bring transparency and protect the interest of homebuyers. CREDAI has established a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), where aggrieved buyers can register a complaint against member developers and get their issues resolved at the earliest.
