CREDAI Youth Wing is formed keeping in view the need to bring together the next generation of real estate builders and developers so that they can be groomed and nurtured to become better professionals, ethical businessmen and true leaders in Real Estate. Inculcating strong values and developing a knowledge and learning based environment for these young and bright developers.
The Youth Wing aims to educate the second generation entrepreneurs on various aspects of the business through learning summits and study. It will a platform for ensure knowledge sharing, interaction through business forums and contributing to society through CSR initiative/ activities.
CREDAI YOUTH WING BHOPAL will lead real estate industry in the city in an effective manner defending guiding principles of CREDAI. All the members of CREDAI youth wing Bhopal work together for a shared vision of promoting the real estate industry by providing a forum for the exchange of information and assist the government to achieve housing surplus status while creating adequate urban infrastructure and thus contribute the nation’s overall development.
CREDAI YOUTH WING BHOPAL shall focus on uniting all members together. Being united shall help in growth for all and will be of great power to bring in ease of doing business. Current CREDAI YOUTH WING Coordinator/President Mr Naman Agrawal has a vision of bringing innovation and working towards how to automate real estate industry on site and off site. In long term vision he desires to bring his maximum ability to change traditional way of doing business for transformation of industry aimed at the youth by involving IT with Real estate sector.
To promote new youth developers and support them with daily operations and practices. To work towards making business profitable and easier for young developers by sharing experiences and key knowledge. To collaborate with the Government offices to bring about improvements for ease of doing business in the city. To ensure that real state is practiced with rules & regulations with suitable redressal system for the builder and customer. To promote onsite skill training for construction workers and management. To work towards accessing costs in real estate development and construction for the price estimation and price markup.
